What kinda mood am i in?
>P>
For those who do not know my musical influence when i was in my midget ages, was primarily Punk Rock to Rock Ballads and mostly Oldies Rock N Roll. Punk Rock was simply either Green Day or the Offsprings and Rock Ballads would be something like Richard Marx or Bryan Adams. However, Oldies was so diversed into soo many songs from various Artists that i couldn't recall the names of some that i've heard in the past. Recently, Djans latest remix of "Those Magical Changes" got me grooving again to Oldies after a while of my regular dosage of BloodyBeetroots, Kanye West, Daft Punk... list goes on but get the idea huh?
So heres me, dragging all u readers back down to the time our parents were still perhaps in their high school dating, making out or maybe just breaking hearts on a weekly basis. I've been very happy of the last couple of days, hopefully its one of my birthday wishes my friend made for me coming true. ;)

1 2 3 MTHRFKRRR!!!!!!
last 24 hours. I just love how it expresses itself very strongly and
boldly at the same time.
On another note, i have been using my evenings for my workouts before
i head back to camp soon on the 29th. I wanna feel comfortable wearing
my Smart 4 again and i don't want to be suffocating from my tight
pants anymore. 77 Days being on MC will take a TOLL on a man. In the
earlier days i couldnt work out as my chest would hurt really bad. I
couldnt even walk faster than my Pot-Bellied nephew! Hard enough i
forced myself out of the pain and began from walking back and forth
from Shai's place for EPL matches to trips back home from the MRT
station. Gosh my buddies even called me Michael Jackson for the way
i'd stop and shiver when my chest pains kicked in! Slowly i began to
gym again. Going at it stronger than ever since i couldn't do much
cardio. 20kg Dumbell Military Presses, 50kg Bench Presses at minimum,
60kg Deadlifts, 75kg Shoulder Shrugs, 190kg Leg Press and not
forgetting the Randy Kutcher Superset Routine with the 25kg Barbell.
Perhaps not as fancy as what i'd dream i'd be doing but comparing back
to my BMT days, i've been able to handle much much more heavier load
now. Im sure, i can only get better at this! So after all that, im
still not loosing that much weight! I needed something powerpack back
into my routine....
Somehow i went out for a run tonight. I was only of thinking of
turning back to head for home after heading Jurong West Ave 1 but the
thought in my head was fooling around with me ending up at Toh Guan
and following the tracks back. Suddenly while en route, a growing
temptation to conquer this feat sinked in. While i was nearing Jurong
Town Hall, i recalled once i went down all the way to Bukit batok and
so i did. I didn't want to end up regretting that i didn't go further
when i could have. It ended up with me passing the huge over pass from
Bukit Batok to Jurong East. This part was when i was really dying in
desire to continue. At the point of contradicting my initial plans, my
thoughts of back in my BMT days got triggered. The last time i felt
pushed beyond my limits were times at the Grenade Assault Course or
the Group Battle Course. I was reminded of days when fighting hard to
be fit had a strong meaning and importance to me. I felt the need to
revive this spirit in me, a spirit that had died when i last tossed my
Jockey Cap high up in the air during the end of my Graduation Parade.
Eyes filled with emotional tears came when i thought of how bad i
wanted that spirit back in me. I went for it. The last 2km was pretty
slow and very painful. My foot was starting to crap out on me and
aches all over. I was reminded of a saying from my Officer which was
"What is Pain? Pain is Weakness leaving the body!" and each step was a
hope in it that the next time i pass this distance, these pains would
not return... not at least till the next time i push myself beyond my
limits.
10km was my last set distance. I upped my game by 3km today.
"What the mind can imagine, the body can perform!"
For all whom have inspired me to have gone this far, thank you. I will
get better. I will be stronger. Maybe not faster but surely FURTHER!
21km by the end of the year!!!
WWAAARRRPPPPPP!!!!!!!!! hahahaha.....

Love is Our Resistance 3 - Great Singapore Sale, LOVE @ 1/2 Price!
get. Everyone has it, everyone is involved in it. At one point of time
they claim this dude or girl is the one and after some hell breaks
loose, next one comes along... the cycle continues. Its all about
timing really. Even those who don't ever seem to ever end up in a
relationship will eventually end up in one when their time is right. I
used to be in the rat race for this but shit, that old me is dead and
gone. It all began years years ago when it was a hype and you get
influenced to find a partner. I don't regret my actions of being a
part of the pack but now i realize, WHATS THE POINT!? Wheres the
purpose? I don't wanna end up a hypocrite and say donkey times to
different people how much i love them even how much each one made
sense. Keep the count to the minimal. Cause the more of that coming
out of my mouth, it's gonna be the lesser i'd mean it i fear. Maybe
I'm all scratched up and broken and this is just my way of reacting to
all of it. However, having to realize that relationships are best kept
to Nature's will rather than you intervening much has been a huge
relief to finally accept and one of my biggest breakthrough of 2009.
"Love is blind". Any of you made sense of that famous line? My take on
that is that cause Love inevitably distracts you from reality cause it
sinks you in with deep emotions. As said by YuanXing, its like the
Open Sea and i interpret it as the following... At times you fall in
deep. At times you can't breath when you don't know how to hold your
air. At times you could stand and wonder why is it so SHALLOW? At
times it drags you in further out shore and not see any land of
civilization. At times it keeps you a float with your vision focused
and tight on your destination. Sometimes a 3rd party element like the
wind, drags you to different places that you may not wanna go. At
times you scream for help but you are just all alone to help yourself.
At times you get so wrinkled up that your skin starts to shed and it
destroys you bit by bit. For surely some, it just drowns you and kills
you in cold water. However, being in the sea is a wonderful thing as
well. You can be taken to places what you never thought was possible.
If you're lucky, a pretty awesome place :) Of course i don't mean this
all literally though mostly metaphorically and based on symbolic
meanings. So back to the idea of "Love is Blind". After using the Sea
to explain how it feels to be blind, what you'd need in a relationship
is to have a hand to hold that you can trust. Cause in that state of
trance, you are lost in sight. You need someone reliable enough to
carry you through blinding darkness and able to create a world so
beautiful even amongst sorrow or bloodshed. Knowing that any obstacle
can be overcome with each other in hand.
Dear God, i pray that the purity of Love is not tainted by those who
use it for lust and temptation. I hope for those of you who hear me
out on this, look deep inside you and find a way to fight for the good
name of Love. Its the best thing given to mankind only second to God
given Life itself.
